The Hesperia Scorpions basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Sultana Sultans to 38 in the Scorpions league victory on Friday.
The Scorpions now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Hills for a contest on Wednesday, January 17. Hesperia will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 78-60 league win over Serrano (Phelan, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-5.
The Sultans (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Sun Devils come into the contest with a 4-9 record. In their last bout, Apple Valley was crushed by Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA), 41-33, in a league bout.
