Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC), 67-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pine Lake Prep upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Pride host Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Cardinals in a bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Corvian Community won 47-42 in their recent non-league bout against JV Opponent (, )

Next up, the Lions clash with the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Langtree Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
