In Friday's non-league outing, the Virginia City Muckers (Virginia City, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV), by a margin of 68-46.
The Muckers (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Loyalton (Loyalton, CA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Loyalton smashed Westwood (Westwood, CA), 61-39, in a non-league outing.
The Serpents now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Smith Valley for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 16. Mineral County will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
