Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA), 62-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Mission Hills upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Grizzlies host Poway (Poway, CA) to clash with the Titans in a bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 16-4. Poway won 66-42 in their recent league bout against Ramona (Ramona, CA)

Next up, the Broncos clash with the Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Rancho Bernardo will attempt to upgrade on its 11-2 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 69-31 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA).
