Atlantic Sharks (Port Orange, FL) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Palatka Panthers (Palatka, FL), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Sharks face the Altamonte Christian Eagles (Altamonte Springs, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Atlantic will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Old Plank Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL).

The Panthers now have a 1-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to P.K. Yonge for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. Palatka will face a Blue Wave team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Lafayette (Mayo, FL). The Blue Wave record now stands at 14-2.
