Washington, DC High School Basketball - BASIS knocked off by Capital City Public Charter School

The Capital City Public Charter School EAGLES basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting BASIS Red Giants to 60 in the EAGLES league triumph on Friday.
The EAGLES now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Model Secondary School for the Deaf for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Capital City Public Charter School will battle a Eagles team coming off a 57-40 non-league loss to California School for the Deaf-Riverside (Riverside, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-8.
The Red Giants (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against DC International (Washington, DC). The Dragons enter the PCSAA A contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, DC International ran past Washington Leadership Academy (Washington, DC), 51-28, in a league contest.
