Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) and the host Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), saw Benet Academy's basketball squad wallop Joliet Catholic by a tally of 72-44.
With the victory, Benet Academy improves its record to 19-1 on the campaign. The Redwings travel to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL) to play the Lions in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 9-10.
Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic challenge, on Friday, January 20. Joliet Catholic will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record.
