In Friday's non-league outing, the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs (Berne, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Schoharie Indians (Schoharie, NY), by a margin of 87-54.

The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Fort Plain (Fort Plain, NY). The Hilltoppers go into the Section 2 Western - Mohawk outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Fort Plain was trounced by Mayfield (Mayfield, NY), 42-41, in a non-league outing.

The Indians now own a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fonda-Fultonville for a Section 2 Western - Hudson outing on Wednesday, January 18. Schoharie will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 50-21 league win over Galway (Galway, NY). The Braves record now stands at 8-2.
