The Parish Episcopal Panthers (Dallas, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX), 48-41 in Friday's league test.
The Panthers (17-11) will now prepare for their test against Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX). The Vikings go into the TAPPS 6A District 1 test with a 8-17 record. In their last test, Nolan Catholic was tipped by Trinity Christian (Addison, TX), 50-35, in a league test.
The Friars now own a 18-10 record. They play next when they host Prestonwood Christian for a TAPPS 6A District 1 test on Friday, January 20. Bishop Lynch will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 72-62 league win over Parish Episcopal (Dallas, TX). The Lions record now stands at 19-6.
