With the win, Bullard upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Panthers host Madisonville (Madisonville, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 4A Region III District 18 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 22-3. Madisonville won 58-51 in their recent league bout against Hudson (Lufkin, TX)

Next up, the Fightin' Indians play the Palestine Wildcats (Palestine, TX) in a 4A Region III District 18 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Jacksonville will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 65-48 league win over Rusk (Rusk, TX).
