Christian Life Preparatory Knights (Fort Worth, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Nazarene Christian Academy Lions (Crowley, TX), 56-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Christian Life Preparatory upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Sacred Heart (Muenster, TX) to play the Tigers in a TAPPS 2A District 2 bout on Saturday, January 14. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 12-8. Sacred Heart won 54-26 in their recent league bout against Mercy Culture Prep (Fort Worth, TX)

Next up, the Lions play the Bethesda Christian Lions (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 2 bout, on Saturday, January 14. Nazarene Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 61-54 league loss to Ovilla Christian (Red Oak, TX).
