The Firebirds now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host High Tech Mesa for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 14. Del Lago Academy will battle a Thunder team coming off a 41-40 non-league loss to Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 6-10.

The Caimans (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Coastal Academy (Oceanside, CA). The Stingrays come into the Ocean battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Coastal Academy was nudged by Rock Academy (San Diego, CA), 63-35, in a league battle.
