Alabama High School Basketball - Locust Fork crushes Cleveland

January 13, 2023: Locust Fork, AL 35097

Locust Fork Hornets (Locust Fork, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cleveland Panthers (Cleveland, AL), 66-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Locust Fork upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Hornets travel to Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Susan Moore won 62-57 in their recent league bout against Pennington (Blountsville, AL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Oneonta Redskins (Oneonta, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Cleveland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
