The Stafford Spartans routed the visiting Columbia Roughnecks basketball team by a final score of 81-32 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Sweeny Bulldogs (Sweeny, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 26 game, on Tuesday, January 17. Stafford will attempt to move on its 19-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 4-16 record after their 60-53 league loss to Brazosport (Freeport, TX).
