Idaho High School Basketball - Council trounces Horseshoe Bend

The Council Lumberjacks (Council, ID) basketball crushed the visiting Horseshoe Bend Mustangs (Horseshoe Bend, ID), 57-35 in Friday's league test.
The Lumberjacks (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Highland (Craigmont, ID). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Highland was trounced by St. John Bosco Academy (Cottonwood, ID), 63-50, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Meadows Valley for a test on Monday, January 16. Horseshoe Bend will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 78-11 league loss to Council (Council, ID). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-5.
