Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Imlay City Spartans (Imlay City, MI), 55-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Croswell-Lexington upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Richmond (Richmond, MI) to clash with the Blue Devils in a Blue Water Area bout on Thursday, January 19. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Richmond lost 75-65 in their recent non-league bout against Berkley (Berkley, MI)

Next up, the Spartans clash with the North Branch Broncos (North Branch, MI) in a Blue Water Area bout, on Thursday, January 19. Imlay City will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
