Missouri High School Basketball - Exeter overwhelmed by Diamond

The Diamond Wildcats basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Exeter Tigers to 31 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasant Hope for a Southwest contest on Monday, January 16. Diamond will battle a Pirates team coming off a 80-56 league loss to Stockton (Stockton, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 2-6.
The Tigers (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ash Grove (Ash Grove, MO). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Ash Grove triumphed over Sarcoxie (Sarcoxie, MO), 63-39, in a league contest.
