The Fairfax HomeSchool Hawks (Fairfax, VA) basketball crushed the host Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA), 65-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Hawks (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Virginia Academy walloped Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA), 85-22, in a league test.
The Gryphons now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Fredericksburg Christian for a VISAA Division II test on Tuesday, January 17. Trinity Christian will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 67-52 non-league loss to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.
