The Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA), 46-32 in Friday's league test.
The Jaguars (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Katella (Anaheim, CA). The Knights go into the Golden West test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Katella notched a victory over Westminster (Westminster, CA), 62-53, in a league test.
The Argonauts now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they host Godinez Fundamental for a Golden West test on Tuesday, January 17. Garden Grove will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 45-41 league loss to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-14.
