The Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), 62-41 in Friday's league test.
The Raiders (10-7) will now prepare for their test against South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Storm go into the Upstate Eight test with a 11-8 record. In their last test, South Elgin walloped Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 66-61, in a league match.
With the defeat, Glenbard East moves to 5-13 on the year. The Rams host West Aurora (Aurora, IL) to meet the Blackhawks in a non-league match on Saturday, January 14. The Blackhawks enter the match with a record of 13-7. West Aurora won 77-45 in their recent league match against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL)
