The Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), 54-47 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA). The Monarchs go into the Grossmont - Hills test with a 8-13 record. In their last test, Monte Vista was tipped by Helix (La Mesa, CA), 58-52, in a league test.
The Foothillers now own a 1-18 record. They play next when they host Monte Vista for a Grossmont - Hills test on Friday, January 20.
