In Friday's league outing, the Victor Valley Jackrabbits (Victorville, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA), by a margin of 51-37.

The Jackrabbits (5-12) will now prepare for their outing against Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 9-10 record. In their last outing, Oak Hills defeated Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA), 77-44, in a league outing.

The Cougars now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Serrano for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 14. Granite Hills will clash with a Diamondbacks squad coming off a 66-63 league loss to Sultana (Hesperia, CA). The Diamondbacks record now stands at 2-13.
