The South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC) basketball crushed the host Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC), 70-17 in Friday's league test.

The Rowdy Rebel Bulls (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC). The Bulldogs go into the 1A/2A Conference 35 test with a 7-7 record.

The Knights now own a 0-14 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Pleasant for a 1A/2A Conference 35 test on Friday, January 20. Gray Stone Day will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 67-61 league win over Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 11-7.
