Hagerman Bobcats (Hagerman, NM) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM), 55-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hagerman upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Loving (Loving, NM) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Loving won 63-55 in their recent non-league bout against Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM)

Next up, the Colts clash with the Cloudcroft Bears (Cloudcroft, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. New Mexico Military Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 63-55 non-league loss to Loving (Loving, NM).
