With the win, Junction upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Eagles host Mason (Mason, TX) to play the Punchers in a 2A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Punchers go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Mason won 71-32 in their recent league bout against Harper (Harper, TX)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Goldthwaite Eagles (Goldthwaite, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 29 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Harper will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 60-34 league win over Center Point (Center Point, TX).
