The Hawley Bearcats (Hawley, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Haskell Indians (Haskell, TX), 55-25 in Friday's league test.
The Bearcats (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Hamlin (Hamlin, TX). The Pied Pipers go into the 2A Region II District 10 test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Hamlin was trounced by Cisco (Cisco, TX), 90-25, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Hamlin for a 2A Region II District 10 test on Friday, January 20.
