Nacogdoches will confront a Spartans team coming off a 34-24 league win over Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 8-16.

The Hornets (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Dayton (Dayton, TX). The Broncos come into the 5A Region II District 16 battle with a 9-16 record. In their last battle, Dayton was overwhelmed by Lufkin (Lufkin, TX), 59-31, in a league battle.
