Jackson Hole Broncs (Jackson, WY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Pinedale Wranglers (Pinedale, WY), 59-56 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jackson Hole upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Broncs host Star Valley (Afton, WY) to play the Braves in a 4A Southwest bout on Friday, January 20. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 6-4. Star Valley lost 53-46 in their recent non-league bout against Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID)

Next up, the Wranglers play the Lyman Eagles (Lyman, WY) in a 3A Southwest bout, on Friday, January 20. Pinedale will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 35-29 non-league win over Evanston (Evanston, WY).
