Fans at Friday's league challenge between the KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors (Atlanta, GA) and the host Walker Wolverines (Marietta, GA), saw KIPP Atlanta Collegiate's basketball squad hold off Walker by a tally of 56-54.

With the victory, KIPP Atlanta Collegiate improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Morgan County (Madison, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 16. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Morgan County lost 49-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Eastside (Covington, GA)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Washington Bulldogs (Atlanta, GA) in a AA Region 6 challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Walker will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 72-64 league loss to Drew Charter (Atlanta, GA).
