South Carolina High School Basketball - Oceanside Collegiate Academy routs Lake Marion

In Friday's league outing, the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Lake Marion Gators (Santee, SC), by a margin of 81-23.

The Landsharks (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Battling Bishops go into the AA Region 7 outing with a 11-7 record. In their last outing, Bishop England smashed Timberland (St. Stephen, SC), 55-43, in a league outing.

The Gators now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Academic Magnet for a AA Region 7 outing on Tuesday, January 17. Lake Marion will clash with a Raptors squad coming off a 97-40 league loss to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Raptors record now stands at 6-10.
