North Carolina High School Basketball - Lincoln Charter thwarts Mountain Island Charter

January 13, 2023: Mt. Holly, NC 28120

The Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) basketball knocked off the host Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC), 63-47 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (11-11) will now prepare for their test against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Spartans go into the 1A/2A Conference 39 test with a 11-4 record.

The Raptor now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Langtree Charter for a 1A/2A Conference 39 test on Tuesday, January 17. Mountain Island Charter will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 75-46 league loss to Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Lions record now stands at 2-17.
