Lincoln Cardinals (Lincoln, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Sacred Heart Gremlins (Sedalia, MO), 40-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Cole Camp (Cole Camp, MO) to play the Blue Birds in a Kaysinger bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Blue Birds go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Cole Camp lost 54-45 in their recent league bout against Tipton (Tipton, MO)

Next up, the Gremlins play the Green Ridge Tigers (Green Ridge, MO) in a Kaysinger bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Sacred Heart will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 47-41 non-league win over Warsaw (Warsaw, MO).
