Little Chute Mustangs (Little Chute, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Marinette Marines (Marinette, WI), 74-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Little Chute upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Oconto Falls (Oconto Falls, WI) to play the Panthers in a North Eastern bout on Monday, January 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-11. Oconto Falls won 105-75 in their recent non-league bout against Northeast Wisconsin Christian HomeSchool (Green Bay, WI)

Next up, the Marines play the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans (Luxemburg, WI) in a North Eastern bout, on Monday, January 16. Marinette will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 87-38 league loss to Fox Valley Lutheran (Appleton, WI).
