Utah High School Basketball - Manti trounces Union

January 13, 2023: Manti, UT 84642

The Manti Templars (Manti, UT) basketball crushed the visiting Union Cougars (Roosevelt, UT), 77-41 in Friday's league test.

The Templars (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Delta (Delta, UT). The Rabbits go into the 3A Region 14 test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Delta was trounced by Juab (Nephi, UT), 64-41, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Grand County for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 18. Union will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 93-70 non-league loss to Enterprise (Enterprise, UT). The Red Devils record now stands at 5-11.
