The Marlette Red Raiders basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Memphis Yellowjackets to 35 in the Red Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Red Raiders now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brown City for a Greater Thumb - East contest on Wednesday, January 18. Marlette will battle a Green Devils team coming off a 56-30 league win over Memphis (Memphis, MI). The Green Devils record now stands at 8-1.

The Yellowjackets (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Dryden (Dryden, MI). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Dryden ran past North Huron (Kinde, MI), 66-18, in a league contest.
