The West Muskingum Tornadoes basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Morgan Raiders to 54 in the Tornadoes league triumph on Friday.

In their next game, the Tornadoes meet the Buckeye Trail Warriors (Lore City, OH) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 17. West Muskingum will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 9-4 record after their 58-56 league loss to Malvern (Malvern, OH).

With the defeat, Morgan moves to 5-8 on the year. The Raiders host John Glenn (New Concord, OH) to meet the Little Muskies in a Muskingum Valley match on Friday, January 20. The Little Muskies enter the match with a record of 7-5.
