In Friday's league outing, the Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR) basketball squad edged the visiting Morrilton Devil Dogs (Morrilton, AR), by a count of 53-50.
The Apaches (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR). The Sand Lizards go into the 4A Region 4 outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, Dardanelle held off Subiaco Academy (Subiaco, AR), 62-33, in a league outing.
