The Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Norwin Knights to 50 in the Blue Devils league victory on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canon-McMillan for a WPIAL 6A 2 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Mt. Lebanon will battle a Big Macs team coming off a 65-39 league loss to Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Big Macs record now stands at 3-10.

The Knights (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA). The Spartans come into the WPIAL 6A 2 contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Hempfield Area was defeated by Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA), 71-61, in a league contest.
