The Pleasantville Greyhounds basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Oakcrest Falcons to 55 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Friday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Penns Grove for a non-league match on Sunday, January 15. Pleasantville will face a Red Devils team coming off a 77-49 non-league win over Salem County Vo-Tech (Woodstown, NJ). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-7.

With the defeat, Oakcrest moves to 3-7 on the year. The Falcons travel to Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ) to face the Pirates in a Cape/Atlantic - National match on Saturday, January 14. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 5-8.
