The Pickens Dragons basketball team (Jasper, GA), was toppled 48-37 in Friday's league battle with the host Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA)
The Wolves now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Bethel Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 14. Wesleyan will confront a Eagles team coming off a 46-43 league loss to Paideia (Atlanta, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-5.
The Dragons (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against West Hall (Oakwood, GA). The Spartans come into the AAA Region 7 battle with a 8-8 record.
