Illinois High School Basketball - Rolling Meadows crushes Wheeling

January 13, 2023: Wheeling, IL 60090

Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL), 68-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Rolling Meadows upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Evanston (Evanston, IL) to clash with the Wildkits in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Wildkits go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Evanston lost 65-58 in their recent league bout against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Crystal Lake South Gators (Crystal Lake, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. Wheeling will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Gators go into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 51-43 league win over Hampshire (Hampshire, IL).
