In Friday's non-league outing, the Wagoner Bulldogs (Wagoner, OK) basketball squad felled the host Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK), by a margin of 77-63.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Catoosa (Catoosa, OK). The Indians go into the Verdigris Valley outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, Catoosa thwarted Okemah (Okemah, OK), 86-70, in a non-league outing.
The Indians now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Riverside Indian for a Freelance outing on Saturday, January 14.
