The Varsity Opponent (, ) basketball nipped the visiting Somerset Bible Baptist Christian Academy Warriors (Somerset, NJ), 50-43 in Friday's league test.
The (241-758) will now prepare for their test against Providence Christian Academy (Elkton, MD). The Griffins go into the Mid-Atlantic Independent test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Providence Christian Academy got by Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Kingsville, MD), 66-65, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ocean County Christian Academy for a non-league test on Monday, January 23.
