In Friday's league outing, the Turtle Mountain Braves (Belcourt, ND) basketball squad edged the host St. Mary's Central Saints (Bismarck, ND), by a count of 81-74.
The Braves (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bismarck (Bismarck, ND). The Demons go into the A West outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Bismarck held off Dickinson (Dickinson, ND), 82-66, in a league outing.
The Saints now hold a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Jamestown for a A West outing on Tuesday, January 17. St. Mary's Central will clash with a Bluejays squad coming off a 64-59 league loss to Mandan (Mandan, ND). The Bluejays record now stands at 3-3.
