The Union Hill Bulldogs basketball team (Gilmer, TX), dropped 47-35 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Sulphur Bluff Bears (Sulphur Bluff, TX)
The Bears now possess a 12-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saltillo for a 1A Region III District 24 battle on Friday, January 20.
The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Saltillo (Saltillo, TX). The Lions come into the 1A Region III District 24 battle with a 18-8 record. In their last battle, Saltillo beat Avinger (Avinger, TX), 64-41, in a league battle.
