The Winchester Red & Black basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the visiting Woburn Memorial Tanners to 62 in the Red & Black league victory on Friday.

The Red & Black now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wakefield Memorial for a Middlesex contest on Tuesday, January 17. Winchester will battle a Warriors team coming off a 78-57 league win over Stoneham (Stoneham, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-1.

The Tanners (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Wilmington (Wilmington, MA). The Wildcats come into the Middlesex contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Wilmington was defeated by Watertown (Watertown, MA), 53-51, in a league contest.
