California High School Basketball - Chavez tipped by Edison

The Edison Vikings basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Chavez Titans to 37 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Linden for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 18. Edison will meet a Lions team coming off a 51-42 league win over Franklin (Stockton, CA). The Lions record now stands at 4-7.

The Titans (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against McNair (Stockton, CA). The Eagles enter the contest with a 9-3 record.
