With the victory, El Dorado upgrades its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Aztecs host Eastwood (El Paso, TX) to play the Troopers in a challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Troopers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Spartans play the Socorro Bulldogs (El Paso, TX) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Pebble Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
