The Underwood Eagles basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting AHSTW Vikings to 23 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Missouri Valley for a Western Iowa contest on Monday, January 16.
The Vikings (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 11-0 record. In their last contest, St. Albert ran past Red Oak (Red Oak, IA), 59-23, in a league contest.
