Battle Ground Academy Wildcats (Franklin, TN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Franklin Road Academy Panthers (Nashville, TN), 53-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Battle Ground Academy upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Wildcats host Grace Christian Academy (Franklin, TN) to clash with the Lions in a Division II-A Middle District 3 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Grace Christian Academy lost 84-30 in their recent league bout against The Webb School (Bell Buckle, TN)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Providence Christian Academy LIONS (Murfreesboro, TN) in a Division II-A Middle District 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Franklin Road Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The LIONS go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 51-32 league win over Columbia Academy (Columbia, TN).
